in Africa and Central American countries.

The people of many countries in these regions have suffered because the rate of

population growth has far exceeded the suply of quality affordable housing for many years.

We have extensively studied the most realistic, efficient, and well designed construction

technologies available in the US marketplace while looking at all the important issues that

have made building large numbers of homes in Africa and Central America

difficult in the past.

Several of our founders have roots in these regions therefore providing good jobs and

growing the economies of these countries is an integral part of our business plan.
