Management Team                                  The Executive Team ▪ Chairman of Board ▪ President ▪ Senior Vice President ▪ Vice President Development and Strategy ▪ Controller ▪ Office Manager ▪ Technical and Construction Advisor ▪ Engineering and Design Advisor ▪ Financial Advisor ▪ Sales and Marketing Advisors  Regional Organization ▪  SICC set up a distribution of its building system in the following regions: ▪  Centraland North America, West and Central Africa. ▪  Each region will have a “Regional Representative” who is responsible for establishing     “Primary Distributors” and “Community Developers”. ▪  SICC only has one  (01) Regional Representative per “Region” and will certify one (01)     Primary Distributor in each country while we recognize the need of various Community     Developers  per country. ▪  The PRIMARY DISTRIBUTOR is Responsible to establish a joint venture with SICC, in order     to build a warehouse production facility and develop SICC construction system in country. ▪  The Primary Distributor will also support the needs of Commuunity Developers and     establish a network of distributors in their country. ▪  SICC will certify organizations able to develop a community of a minimum of 30 houses as    Community Developer”.
