SICC’s vision is to answer the housing crisis in developing and third world countires. SICC has studied the affordability and technology of construction techniques and has implemented a development plan. SICC Management has hurdled the import/export difficulties, short and long term financing, and international bureaucracy that has stood in the way of economic  development in Africa and Central America.
